"A small thought became our great passion – we discovered that by talking to each other we could analyse our ideas and commit them to paper... This mutual exchange of thoughts especially has become our hobby. It provides us with the most wonderful ideas in the majority of cases and is also a source of inspiration to us.
The little stone helper, Beryll, was born out of such
an idea. This book was written so that all of us may recognise that, through
its specific talents and abilities, each living creature is of importance,
and so that we can all feel good. With this book, we want to highlight the
problems in our society without pointing any fingers. We have included a quotation
from Albert Einstein as well as a poem by W. Krupka as these help to underline
the moral of our story.
We hope that you have lots of fun reading this book, indeed as much fun as
we had writing it."
